Jeanne Mary Ronco, 91 of Litchfield, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 7:51 p.m. at Copper Creek Cottages in Litchfield. She was born on August 17, 1931, in Collinsville a daughter of John and Berdie (Body) Ardison.
She graduated from Collinsville High School. She married Frank A. Ronco and they later divorced. Mrs. Ronco was a homemaker, a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Litchfield, and enjoyed collecting antiques and fashion.
Mrs. Ronco is survived by a son, Frank (Mary) Ronco of Litchfield; two daughters, Susan Whitehead of Mesquite, TX and Paula (Bob Stevenson) Ronco of Sorento, IL; two grandchildren, Josh (Brittany) Ronco and Danielle (Dereck) Howerton; and six great-grandchildren, Bentley, Brayden and Payton Ronco, and Darlyn, Max and Niala Howerton.
Mrs. Ronco was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Jeannette Lucas; a grandson, David Burrus; and her ex-husband, Frank A. Ronco.
Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Ronco will be held Friday, March 10, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery in Litchfield. Fr. Dan Willenborg of Holy Family Catholic Church in Litchfield will preside. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be directed to Holy Family Catholic Church in Litchfield. Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield is in charge of arrangements.
