Wanda K. Jarman, 84 of Bunker Hill, passed away at Heritage Health in Staunton on Friday, April 13, 2018, at 5:28 a.m. She was born on April 24, 1933, in Pennsylvania. She married the late Lloyd Jarman.
She was a homemaker and worked along with her husband Lloyd on the family farm and dairy farm. She also loved being with her family, gardening, taking care of her flowers and listening to music.
She is survived by her two daughters, Brenda Hindley of Winfield, IN and Martha (Bill) Brayton of Waterloo; two sons, Steven (Betty) Jarman of Worden and William (Rhonda) Jarman of Bunker Hill; nine grandchildren, Sandra (Phil) Cotter, Heather (Barry) Greene, Holly (Greg) Moore, Lisa (Tony) Dorn, Tiffany Jarman, Derek Jarman, Amber (Matt) Weller, Lloyd (Ashley) Jarman, and Justin (Rita) Brayton; three step grandchildren, Melissa (John) Holmes, Matthew (Samantha) McCormick, and Megan Weller; sister, Lucille Batts of Hampstead, NC; and numerous great grandchildren.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd Jarman; grandchildren, Rebecca Brandt and Erin Jarman; and several siblings.
Private family services will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2018, at Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill with Rev. Jeremy Wood officiating. Burial will be at Bunker Hill Cemetery in Bunker Hill. Memorials are suggested to Celtic Hospice. Kravanya Funeral Home, Bunker Hill is in charge of the arrangements.
