Keith W. Meyer, 40, Litchfield was arrested for possession of methamphetamine pending lab results.
MONDAY, MARCH 5, 2018
Two female juveniles were issues citations for curfew violation. Both juveniles were returned to their parents.
Brenden D. Buzick, 27, Livingston was issued a citation for driving while license is suspended. He was also arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County for delivery of methamphetamine. He was transported to the Macoupin County Jail.
TUESDAY, MARCH 6, 2018
An officer was dispatched to the Gillespie Middle School in reference to a report of lost property. After a short time, the officer was able to locate the missing item and return it to its owner.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 7, 2018
An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Biddle Street in reference to criminal damage to property.
An officer took a report in reference to criminal damage to property at the Gillespie High School parking lot.
An officer was dispatched to the 1300 block of South Macoupin Street regarding a suicidal subject. The male subject was transported to the hospital.
THURSDAY, MARCH 8, 2018
Melissa A. Baglin, 43, Gillespie was arrested disobeying a stop sign and driving under the influence. She was transported to the Macoupin County Jail.
FRIDAY, MARCH 9, 2018
Mason D. Bertolis, 23, Gillespie turned himself in on a warrant out of Macoupin County for driving under the influence. He posted bond and was released.
SATURDAY, MARCH 10, 2018
Corey B. Hayes, 32, Staunton was arrested for speeding 43 mph in a 30 mph zone, improper lane usage, and driving under the influence. He posted bond and was released.
Crystal L. Brown, 39, Gillespie was issued a citation for driving while license is suspended. She was arrested on a warrant out of Macoupin County for driving while license is suspended and transported to the Macoupin County Jail.
Braden M. Barnes, 21, Gillespie was issued a citation for driving while license is suspended.
An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of Park Avenue in reference to a domestic dispute.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
