Jesse R. Bourland, 52, of Gillespie was arrested on a Macoupin County warrant for obstructing justice and distributing harmful materials.

Landolt, 32, of New Douglas was arrested for driving while license was suspended, possession of methamphetamine, and a warrant out of Montgomery County for failure to appear on possession of methamphetamine.
