Kayla M. Hammann, 22, Litchfield was cited for improper lane usage and no insurance.
Tyler A. Wyatt, 22, Shipman was cited for speeding 45 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
Kenneth W. Dunaway, 19, Benld was cited for having no insurance.
Officer took a report from a male who had his car entered and items taken while his vehicle parked at his residence.
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2016
Officers were called to the 900 block of South Macoupin for a dispute between two brothers. The brother that was visiting left the residence.
Officer took a report of a residential burglary in the 500 block of West Oak. This case is under investigation.
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2016
Officer took a report from a male who was working on a residence in the 600 block of West Charles. He left his in the residence and they were stolen.
Mahlik D. Ellington, 39, Springfield was cited for speeding 58 MPH in a 30 MPH zone and driving while license revoked. His passenger, Anna M. Jackson, 39, Springfield was arrested on two warrants, one out of Granite City for retail theft and one out of Collinsville for retail theft while contributing to a delinquent minor. She was transported to Macoupin County Jail.
Officers were called to the 900 block of First Street for a male juvenile, 16 years old, who had a knife and made threats. He was arrested for aggravated battery, aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was transported to Madison County Juvenile Detention Center.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2016
Linda S. Hanks, 52, Bunker Hill was cited for speeding 48 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
Jason M. Rolett, 42, Brighton was cited for speeding 46 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
Chancy L. Schneck, 26, Carlinville was cited for having no driver’s license.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016
Officer took a report from a male who had an item taken out of his vehicle while parked at his residence in the 100 block of Madison Street.
Desiree N. Levi, 18, Gillespie was cited for having no insurance.
Isaac L. Jackson, 22, Royal Lakes was cited for improper lane usage and having no insurance.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2016
Officer responded to a call of a male subject falling on a business parking lot. The male, Randall C. Hillis, 32, Gillespie was transported to a local hospital. Hillis was wanted out of Madison County for failure to appear on a violation of an order of protection order. Madison County deputy met the Gillespie officer at the hospital and took Hillis in custody after being released from the hospital

John C. Rolando, 46, Gillespie was cited for driving while license suspended.
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2016
Dylan M. Mellenthin, 20, Gillespie was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County for failure to appear on an illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor charge. He was transported to Macoupin County jail.
Jason Lee Buck, 42, Fidelity was cited for speeding 49 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
Janet L. Watson, 78, Gillespie was cited for speeding 50 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2016
Michael T. Mitchusson, 24, Gillespie was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County, and possession of cannabis. He was transported to Macoupin County Jail.
Officer was notified of a break in the 100 block of West Spruce after separate building behind the business was found with its door busted open and windows broken. This case is under investigating.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2016
A stolen vehicle out of Litchfield was recovered in the weeds behind the bus barn off of Broadway and Montani. Litchfield Police Department was contacted and took over the investigation.
Officer took a report from a female who said that someone had used her LINK card. This case is under investigation.
Officer received a report from a father who said his 14-year-old son did not come home when he was supposed to. Officer found the youth who was very unruly and cited him with two city ordinance citations: one for disorderly conduct and one for profanity.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2016
Officer was called to Gillespie Middle School for a student that had been in a fight. He was brought to the Gillespie Police Department and picked up from there by his father.
Officer received a call from the Gillespie High School that a student had left the grounds and was headed on foot to Staunton. The 16-year-old male was located at a business at Southern Street and Route 4. He tried running away from two officers, but was caught and brought him to the police department. He was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to land and underage tobacco use. He was released to his mother.

Officer was called to the 800 block of Rotary for a domestic between a male and his father. The male left for the rest of the day.
Kenneth E. Helfer, 55, Benld was cited for failure to wear seatbelt.
John M Higginbotham, 36, Gillespie was cited for speeding 50 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
Aaron W. Hankins, 47, East Alton was cited for speeding 44 MPH in a 30 MPH zone
Everett Shackles, 62, Jerseyville was cited for speeding 53 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
Gary A. Heilman, 57, Shipman was cited for speeding 45 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
Officers were called to the 400 block of East Elm for a domestic after the female was sen in the yard looking for her cell phone the male had thrown. That male left the residence for the rest of the night.
Cody R. Ikerman, 26, Benld turned himself in on a warrant out of Macoupin County for contempt of court. He posted bond and was released.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2016
Courtney N. Leonard, 24, Gillespie was arrested on a warrant out of Macoupin County for failure to appear on an uninsured motor vehicle charge. She was transported to Macoupin County Jail.
Jeremy L. Schmidt, 39, Gillespie was arrested on a warrant out of Macoupin County for failure to appear on a domestic battery charge. He was transported to Macoupin County Jail.
