Macoupin County Housing Authority has filed a forcible entry and detainer complaint against Debra Richardson, Benld, seeking a judgment for alleged unpaid rent, late fees and other monies owed, attorney fees, court costs and possession of residential premises located in the 500 block of North Eighth Street in Benld. The suit alleges Richardson violated terms of her lease by failing to have utilities connected for the residence and failing to pay $303 in rent and late fees of $31 for the month of December 2017.
Alphonso Anderson, 20, Carlinville, is charged with theft in connection with a Dec. 24, 2017, incident during which he allegedly exerted unauthorized control over more than $500 but less than $10,000 in cash belonging to a female victim with the intent to permanently deprive the owner of the property.
Michael Stevenson, 43, Worden, is charged with delivery of methamphetamine in connection with a March 23, 2017, incident during which he allegedly delivered less than five grams of methamphetamine to an undercover drug enforcement operative.
John M. Molinar, 32, Staunton, is charged with failure to comply with conditions of a home detention order in connection with a Jan. 2 incident during which he allegedly left his residence in Staunton without authorization while subject to a court-imposed home detention order.
Jack L. Crissey, 39, Virden, is charged with violating an order of protection in connection with a Dec. 30, 2017, incident during which he allegedly called a female who was subject to a court order of protection from him issued Dec. 5, 2017.
Jerod D. Wilkenson, 26, Bunker Hill, is charged with domestic battery in connection with a Dec. 29, 2017, incident in Bunker Hill during which he allegedly made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature by pushing his girlfriend.
Zachary J. Curley, 33, Mount Olive, is charged with domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 3 incident during which he allegedly cause bodily harm by pushing his girlfriend to the ground and placing his hands around her neck.
Adam S. Craig, 29, Brighton, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a Dec. 29, 2017, incident. Craig also faces traffic charges for alleged improper lane usage and failure to reduce the speed of his vehicle to avoid an accident.
Jason A. Marks, 44, St. Louis, Mo., is charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, along with a traffic charge for alleged failure to give notice of an accident, in connection with a Jan. 6 incident.
