Nicole M. Roach, acting as independent administrator of the late Samuel M. Roach, Sr.’s estate, has filed a forcible entry and detainer complaint against Samuel M. Cody L. Rogers, 28, Mount Olive, is charged with possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine in connection with a traffic stop initiated at 5:30 p.m., Aug. 4, on Mill Street at Hibbard Street in Mount Olive. Rogers also faces traffic charges for allegedly failing to stop his vehicle for a stop sign and driving without a valid driver’s license.

Carmen R. Baker, 58, Greenfield, is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle in connection with a July 24 incident during which she allegedly was in possession of a 2010 GMC truck while knowing it to have been stolen from a Macoupin County complainant.

Joshua C. Pingleton, 28, Litchfield, is charged with unlawful possession of a vehicle registration sticker in connection with a May 25 incident.

Robert J. Fritz, 23, Staunton, is charged with criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual assault in connection with a June 25 incident during which he allegedly held down a female victim between the ages of 9 and 13 and raped her.

Nathaniel C. Sebastion, 28, Shipman, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with a June 24 incident in Gillespie during which he allegedly possessed an unspecified quantity of a substance containing oxycodone.

Michael P. Wood, 46, Carlinville, is charged with possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine in connection with a May 15 incident in Carlinville.

Allan M. Springman, 34, Carlinville, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with a June 10 incident in Carlinville during which he allegedly possessed an unspecified quantity of a substance containing cocaine.

Amanda Hill, 31, Carlinville, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with a June 15 incident in Carlinville during which she allegedly possessed an unspecified quantity of a substance containing Clonazepam.

Angela M. Sanders, 54, Royal Lakes, is charged with two counts of forgery in connection with a Feb. 23 incident during which she allegedly delivered to Crowe Horwath, LLP, a forged independent auditors report with attached financial statements purporting that the document had been created by Canny Accounting, LLC, and further altered the document by changing dates to create a document capable of defrauding Crowe Horwath.

Jason S. Price, 39, Gillespie, is charged with driving on a revoked driver’s license in connection with an April 23 incident during which he allegedly drove a 1996 Saturn sedan on Illinois Route 138 near Dorchester at a time when his license was revoked for having been convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol. The charge was elevated to a felony due to a previous conviction from May 11, 2016, in Madison County for driving on a revoked driver’s license following a conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol.

James T. Lindsey, 41, Carlinville, is charged with theft in connection with a July 16 incident during which he allegedly stole a tire and rim valued at less than $500 from a Carlinville victim., The charge was elevated to a felony due to a previous conviction for theft on his record from 2009 in Macoupin County.

James T. Lindsey, 41, Carlinville, is charged with escape for allegedly failing to report to Macoupin County Jail to serve a sentence handed down July 11 following his conviction on charges of battery and resisting a peace officer.

Jennifer D. Turner, 37, Plainview, is charged with possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine in connection with an Aug. 8 incident in Gillespie.

Nicholas T. Green, 27, Urbana, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with an Aug. 9 incident during which he allegedly possessed a less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Nathon C. Arview, 30, Gillespie, is charged with possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine in connection with an Aug. 9 incident in Mount Olive.

John B. Simons, 51, Alton, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with an April 4 incident in Palmyra during which he allegedly possessed an unspecified quantity of a substance containing Chlordiazepoxide.

MISDEMEANORS

James T. Lindsey, 41, Carlinville, is charged with theft in connection with a July 16 incident during which he allegedly stole a tire and rim valued at less than $500 from a Carlinville victim., The charge was elevated to a felony due to a previous conviction for theft on his record from 2009 in Macoupin County.

John D. Wieseman, 47, Bunker Hill is charged with escape for allegedly failing to report to Macoupin County Jail on Aug. 4 to serve a sentence handed down June 27 following his conviction on a charge of driving on a revoked driver’s license.

David J. Karrick, 36, Carlinville, is charged with retail theft in connection with a July 30 incident during which he allegedly shoplifted a DVD valued at less than $300 from the Carlinville Walmart store.

Kimberly L. Foster, 36, Litchfield, is charged with escape for allegedly failing to report to Macoupin County Jail on Aug. 1 to begin serving a sentence handed down on May 10 following her conviction on a 2016 charge of driving on a suspended driver’s license.

William A. McKorkle, 19, Mount Olive, is charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a person under the age of 21 in connection with an Aug. 5 incident at 2:40 a.m. on Staunton-Bunker Hill Road at Mile Road.

Tyler J. Jones, 19, Staunton, is charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a person under the age of 21 in connection with an Aug. 5 incident at 2:40 a.m. on Staunton-Bunker Hill Road at Mile Road.

TRAFFIC

Robert J. Chapman Myers, 26, Virden, is charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a July 30 incident at about 6:22 a.m. on Seventh Street at Alton Street in Giard. Myers also faces a traffic charge for alleged improper traffic lane usage.

A 61-year-old Gillespie man who was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash shortly after noon on Aug. 6 on Garrison Road at Bayless Road has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. James D. Allen also faces traffic charges for alleged operation of an insured motor vehicle and failure to reduce the speed of his vehicle to avoid an accident. Allen was airlifted to a hospital for treatment of his injuries after he became pinned under the vehicle.

Frank H. Scheiter, 45, Mount Olive, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with an Aug. 4 incident at about 12:27 a.m. on Tall Timbers Road about a quarter-mile east of Two-Mile Road. Scheiter also faces traffic charges for alleged operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the roadway and failure to reduce the speed of his vehicle to avoid an accident.

Jared E. Gibbs, 30, Palmyra, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with an Aug. 10 incident. He also faces traffic charges for alleged driving on a revoked driver’s license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, squealing or screeching of tires, and fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer.
