Officer took a report from a male subject who discovered on his credit report that he owed a large utility bill for services he did not use.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2015
Officers were called to the 100 block of East Maple Street for a male who became irate and was yelling at the females working in the health clinic. He was advised that he was not allowed back at the clinic.
Officers were called the 800 block of Biddle for a possible drug overdose. An ambulance was called, but he signed a refusal.

Robert D. Robbs, 40, Worden was cited for unsafe structure.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2015
Officer conducted a traffic stop when the vehicle finally stopped at Staunton Road and North Street by the Heritage Health. Carrie M. Eichen, 39, Gillespie was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after the vehicle was searched. When authorities went back to the residence in the 1200 block of South Macoupin, Illinois State Police arrested Jason A. Strahan, 37, of Gillespie for a domestic battery that occurred in their venue.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2015
Jonathan A. Ondo, 32, Gillespie was arrested when he turned himself in after being stopped on a traffic stop in Benld area and fleeing on foot. He was transported to Macoupin County jail.
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2015
Joel E. Schoen, 37, Gillespie was arrested for intoxicated pedestrian, resisting a peace officer and obstructing identification. Questy Jasmine Altu, 40, Gillespie was arrested for intoxicated pedestrian, criminal damage to state supported property and obstructing identification.
