Sean Emmenderfer, 38 of Staunton, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with an April 14, 2022, incident.
Aaron Bennett, 23 of Gillespie, is charged with burglary in connection with a January 1 incident and theft of over $500 in connection with a March 1 incident. The theft charge was elevated to a felony offense due to a prior conviction of the same offense.
Eric Foster, 58 of Carlinville, is charged with theft of over $500, criminal trespassing to a residence, and criminal trespass to a building in connection with a January 24 incident. The theft charge was elevated to a felony offense due to a prior conviction of the same offense.
MISDEMEANORS
Robert Pehrson, 44 of Bunker Hill, is charged with reckless conduct in connection with a November 24 incident.

David Clark, 30 of Gillespie, is charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration in connection with a March 18 incident.
Terry White, 61 of Benld, is charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a March 18 incident.
Alex Wood, 30 of Girard, is charged with driving under the influence of any amount of drug, improper lane usage, and not wearing a seatbelt in connection with a March 21 incident.
Dakota Cox, 23 of Bunker Hill, is charged with driving on a suspended license in connection with a March 18 incident.
Zaurbek Dreev, 33 of Brooklyn, NY, is charged with not obtaining a CDL license and driving a vehicle requiring a CDL license and not paying a fee for driving over the registered weight in connection with a March 16 incident.
Ruslan Magomedov, 48 of Hollywood, FL, is charged with not obtaining a CDL license and driving a vehicle requiring a CDL license in connection with a March 17 incident.
Keith Wimsett, 48 of Litchfield, is charged with driving while never being issued a license and driving 21-25 mph over the speed limit in connection with a March 16 incident.
Todd LaRoche, 40 of Benld, is charged with driving on a suspended license in connection with a March 17 incident.
Daniel Myers, 48 of Carlinville, is charged with driving on a revoked license and having an expired registration in connection with a March 15 incident.
Ashlee Lomelino, 22 of Virden, is charged with driving with a canceled/revoked/suspended registration in connection with a March 22 incident.
