William Nakoneczny, 52 of Belvidere, is charged with possession of 100 to 500 grams of cannabis in connection with an April 24 incident.
Eric Foster, 58 of Carlinville, is charged with theft in connection with a June 13 incident. The charge was elevated to a felony due to a prior conviction of the same offense.
