MONDAY, APRIL 23, 2012
Officer had a call from 100 block of S. Madison where the female there said another female had came to the residence and was not suppose to be on the property. The owner had advised her that she was not allowed on the property at a previous time. Tasha F. Dannis 31, Gillespie was located and charged with trespassing.
Erica L. Katava, 22, Wilsonville was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after rear-ending a vehicle, knocking that vehicle into another vehicle in the 200 block E. Elm Street.
Officer was called to the 400 block of E. Maple for an intoxicated pedestrian. The officer found him sitting on a porch, trespassing but the owner did not want to file charges. Alberto Soler, 49, Gillespie was cited for intoxication.
TUESDAY, APRIL 24, 2012
Officer was called to the 400 block of E. Elm to remove a male from the residence. He was intoxicated and was not suppose to be at the residence while he was intoxicated.
Another officer later was called back to the same residence in the 400 block of E. Elm where Everett L. Bourland was arrested at the scene for disorderly conduct, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was, also charged with intoxicated pedestrian. He posted bond and was released.
Officers received a report of juveniles cussing and blowing smoke in younger kids faces at the Park on N. Macoupin. Two females, both 15 years old were cited for illegal consumption of alcohol and banned from the park.
Officer was called to a business in the 400 block of S. Macoupin for a female who was shoplifting inside the store. Tasha F. Dannis, 31, Gillespie was arrested for retail theft and public intoxication. She was transported to Macoupin County jail.
Officer took a report of telephone harassment from a male in the 100 block of E. Elm. Officers had been called to the residence earlier in the night and removed the female who was making the harassing phone calls. The officer was unable to make contact at that time
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25, 2012
Officers responded to a 911 call that there was possibly a fight in the 900 block of S. Macoupin. When they arrived, was met by a neighbor who said that several people at that address was yelling and using obscene language. She yelled at them to stop and was told to mind her own business.. The officers talked to the subjects living at the residence in question and they were told to quiet down and not to be using foul language with children in the neighborhood.
Officer found several subjects at the Park in the 500 block of Green Street and they were advised that the park is closed after dark. One juvenile male, age 15, Gillespie was cited for trespassing as he had been warned before by the officer. He was transported to his residence and the officer advised the mother what happened. The other parties left the park with a verbal warning.
THURSDAY, APRIL 26, 2012
Officer received a report of a domestic in progress in the 300 block of N. Adams. On the way there, the officer came across a female who had two swollen eyes and needed medical attention.
An ambulance was called and the female was transported to a hospital. Officers entered the apartment where they received the call of the domestic. Billy E. Robbins, 54, Gillespie was arrested for domestic battery and transported to Macoupin County jail.
Daniel R. Sawyer, 34, Gillespie was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County for failure to appear on a speeding charge. He was transported to Macoupin County Sheriff’s Dept.
Rebecca L. Jackson, 35, Gillespie was cited for driving while license suspended and having no insurance. Her car was towed to the impound lot.
FRIDAY, APRIL 27, 2012
Officer took a report from a male who has been receiving harassing phone calls all morning from a female who was told not to come back to his residence and she just advised she was there in the 100 block of E. Elm. The officer checked the residence and she was not there. He made contact with the female and advised her that if the calls continued, she could be charged.
Kindra M. Mitchell, 24, East Peoria was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County for failure to appear on a possession of drug paraphernalia. She was, also cited for Illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger.
