Five gorgeous girls are competing for Harszy’s title, one being her younger sister. This year’s Miss contestants include Alexis Burns, Audrey Dewey, Emily Harszy, Kaitlin Henrichs and Deanna Landreth.
At the same time, the Jr. Miss portion of the pageant is back for 2014. The Jr. Miss portion of the pageant was cancelled last year due to lack of participation. Event organizers said 2013 Black Diamond Days Queen Abigail Harszy will also crown the 2014 Jr. Miss.
There are 10 girls competing for the 2014 Jr. Miss title, those young girls are Sarah Alepra, Jaiden Braundenmeier, Karli Carr, Bridget Dolliger, Madison Hedrick, Juliann Hendricks, Grace Martin, Mallory Mick, Breanne Mull and Callie Reynolds.
Following the pageant, the 2014 Miss and Jr. Miss Black Diamond Days will be introduced at 9:00 p.m. at the grandstand in front of United Community Bank.
The few remaining tickets will be sold at the door before the pageant tonight.
