Cynthia “Cindy” Jane Elberg, 64 of Bunker Hill, died at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at 3:32 p.m. She was born on May 28, 1957, in East St. Louis to William McKee and Sarah E. (Massey) Wilkes.
She married Theodore “Ted” William Elberg on June 4, 2005, in Wilsonville. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Life Harvest Church in Wilsonville. She enjoyed flowers and going to yard sales.
She is survived by her spouse, Ted Elberg of Bunker Hill; children, Carrie Irwin of Cassville, MO and Joe McKee of Bunker Hill; grandchildren, Tiffany (Benjamin) Ramus, Cameron Irwin, and Christian Irwin; great-grandchild, Nakita Ramus; and sibling, Connie Flitz of Litchfield.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Terry McKee; and sisters, Wanda Cook, Kelly McKee and Angie LaBruyere.
Friends may call on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at Kravanya Funeral Home, Bunker Hill from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2201, at Gillespie Cemetery, Gillespie at 12:30 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Kravanya Funeral Home.
