Ecycling Day in Benld

Published

on

The Ecycling Day is Saturday, September 17th, at Randy’s Market in Benld, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

We’ll accept any electronic devices with the exception of television sets and large white box appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.).

This is a “greening” project Madison has been sponsoring at its facility in Staunton and now “on the road” in the communities it serves.  Madison is partnering with We Care Recycling based in Carlinville, IL to offer area residents an opportunity to recycle and protect the environment through waste management.

Madison’s other “go green” projects include paperless billing, the donation of shredded paper to Benld Adopt-A-Pet for animal bedding, and energy-conservation practices within their main offices.

Questions regarding the Benld Ecycling event can be directed to Madison’s main office Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by dialing 1-800-422-4848 or visiting in person.  Email contact is infomtc@madisontelco.com.
