An officer initiated a traffic stop at Fillmore Street and Baker Street. Johnelle B. Crawford, 53 of Gillespie, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle, suspended registration, suspended driver’s license, and operating a vehicle displaying expired registration.
Thomas F. Ray, 44 of Benton, Missouri, was arrested in Benld on a warrant out of Madison County for failure to appear on trespass.
