An officer was dispatched to a business in the 500 block of East Elm Street in reference to a violation of an order of protection.
An officer was dispatched to Gillespie Police Department to speak with a male in reference to a theft.
An officer was dispatched to the Gillespie Police Department to speak with a male in reference to reckless driving at Springfield Road and Harding Avenue in East Gillespie.

An officer was dispatched to the 600 block of Charles Street in reference to a violation of order of protection. Jake D. Vesper, 30, of Gillespie was arrested for violation of an order of protection and criminal trespass to property. He was also arrested for a warrant out of Macoupin County for failure to appear for domestic and a warrant out of Montgomery County for failure to appear on criminal trespass.

An officer initiated a traffic stop at Park Street and North Hard Road in Benld. Randy L. Baldwin, 32, of Benld was arrested on a Montgomery County warrant for unlawful delivery. He was also issued citations for driving while license was suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue in Eagarville in reference to an unwanted subject.
An officer initiated a traffic stop at East Elm Street and North Macoupin Street. Tyler J. Kissell, 34, of Benld was issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of West Spruce Street in reference to the discharge of a firearm. Wesley H. Lovelett, 58, of Gillespie was arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and reckless discharge of a firearm.
An officer spoke with a male who came to Gillespie Police Department that had been in an altercation. EMS was called for medical attention and Staunton Police Department was called and the case was turned over to them since it happened in their venue.
