Amber Burgess, 39 of Staunton, is charged with possession of meth between 5 and 15 grams in connection with a March 23 incident.
Dalton Runge, 26 of Carlinville, is charged with theft of between $500 and $10,000 in connection with a February 26 incident.

Jacob Fritz, 36 of Gillespie, is charged with driving under the influence of drugs and using an electronic communication device while driving in connection with a May 28 incident. In a separate incident on May 31, Fritz was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, improper lane usage, and failing to wear a seatbelt.
Michael Helvey, 38 of Gillespie, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving 15-20 mph over the speed limit in connection with a May 28 incident.
Todd Wobbe, 63 of Shipman, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving a non-highway vehicle in connection with a May 29 incident.
Kevin Keck, 61 of Mt. Olive, is charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving 15-20 mph over the speed limit in connection with a May 30 incident.
