LAWSUITS
Todd and Diane Anderson have filed a forcible entry and detainer complaint against Marissa Allen and Dilynn Schehl seeking $1,200 in alleged back rent, plus possession of a residential apartment located in the 200 block of West Main, Staunton, and court costs.
SMALL CLAIMS
Eyecare of Carlinville is suing George E. Striplin, Carlinville, for $580.22 allegedly owed for services.
FELONIES
Chad Madeline, 34, Staunton, is charged with participating in the manufacture of 100 to 400 grams of methamphetamine in connection with a Sept. 4 incident.
Ryan L. Marker, 20, Hillsboro, is charged with attempted burglary in connection with a Sept. 5 incident during which he allegedly entered a Dodge van without authority in the 400 block of Diana Drive, Gillespie, with the intent to commit a theft.
James E. Holt, 35, Sorento, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with a Sept. 9 incident in Staunton during which he allegedly possessed less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
Kacie M Meisenheimer, 26, Virden, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
John M. Molinar, 30, Staunton, is charged with domestic battery in connection with a Sept. 8 incident during which he allegedly grabbed his girlfriend by her throat and squeezed.
Rochelle L. Nance, 43, Wilsonville, is charged with domestic battery in connection with a Sept. 9 incident during which she allegedly made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature by pushing her husband.
Jamie A. Lafferty, 26, Alton, is charged with theft in connection with an Aug. 3 incident in Brighton during which she allegedly obtained control over a wallet valued at less than $300, knowing it to be stolen.

Hector A. Camara, 50, Flora, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a Sept. 5 incident on Pine Street at Macoupin Street in Gillespie.

Jesse D. Jackson, 38, Staunton, is charged with domestic battery in connection with a Sept. 4 incident during which he allegedly grabbed his girlfriend by her throat.
Michael A. Rhodes, 27, Palmyra, is charged with domestic battery in connection with a Sept. 3 incident during which he alleged grabbed his wife in a chokehold.
