The annual Black Diamond Days miss and junior miss pageant will kick off this weekend’s annual festival when 2015 Miss Black Diamond Days Emily Harszy and 2015 Junior Miss Black Diamond Days Madison Hedrick crown this year’s royalty.
The pageant will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Ben-Gil Elementary School gym for the second year in a row and tickets for the event can be purchased in advance at United Community Bank Gillespie or at the door Friday evening.
