SUNDAY, MAY 27, 2012
Randy E. Favre Jr., 31, Reidsville, N.C. was arrested for possession of cannabis after a traffic stop for failure to signal.
Officer was called to the 500 block of Osie for a domestic in progress. When the officer arrived, found that the husband had gone to his mothers for the rest of the night.
MONDAY, MAY 28, 2012
Officer was called to the 100 block of S. Madison by a female who had been battered by her live in boyfriend. The boyfriend was not at the apartment but the female did not want to sign charges or write a statement.
Todd W. Horne, 21, Staunton was cited for no valid registration.
Charles C. Campbell, 65, Gillespie was cited for disobeying a stop sign, illegal transportation of alcohol and no insurance.
TUESDAY, MAY 29, 2012
Brendan C. Ferrari, 18, Gillespie was cited for failure to yield at a yield intersection after being involved in an accident.
Officer took a report from a female who said her ex-boyfriend was harassing her by calling her and stalking her. She would like for the officer to tell him not to call her anymore. The boyfriend was called and advised if the calls continue, charges could be filed.
Amber N. Warfield, 19, Litchfield was arrested on a warrant out of Macoupin County for failure to appear on a unlicensed vehicle. She was transported to Macoupin County jail.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 30, 2012
Tammy M. Davis, 31, Hillsboro was cited for speeding 40 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
Officers were called to meet with subject at Big Brick Park. The male subject advised that a couple of male subjects came to the residence across the street and threatened him and a female who lived there. The officers went to another residence close by and the male subjects said that a female had told them about Facebook messages and text messages about them. The female was confronted and told the next time she tells something that wasn’t true, she would be arrested.
THURSDAY, MAY 31, 2012
Officer was called to the 100 block of Park Ave. by a realtor that found damage to a door at that residence.
Officer was called to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Edwards St. When the officer arrived found a sister and brother in a verbal argument. Officer waited until an adult returned to the residence.
Officers were called to the 200 block of W. Burton for a drug overdose. After arriving, they found drug paraphernalia on the floor in the living room when a child was located. DCFS hotline was contacted and a report was made to them. Jorda L. Claro, 25, Gillespie was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
