Jackie Reeber has filed a forcible entry and detainer complaint against Joe Lindsey and Karra Edwards, Carlinville, seeking $2,400 in alleged unpaid rent, attorney fees, court costs plus possession of residential premises located in the 320 block of Anderson Street, Carlinville.
Heritage Manor, Carlinville, doing business as Heritage Health, is suing Shirley Schmedeke and Kimberly Schmedeke, Carlinville, for $25,474.74, plus attorney fees, interest and court costs, the plaintiff claims is owed for nursing home services.
R & E Buildings LLC has filed a complaint in replevin against Michael Gwillim, Carlinville, seeking a court order to take possession of barn building materials totaling $141,371.00 for the construction of two barns. Count I of the suit seeks possession of building construction materials for a 66 x 40 foot building with a 10-foot height, valued at $28,899.00. Count II of the suit seeks possession of building construction materials for a 66 x 152 foot building with a 16-foot height valued at $112,472.00. The suit claims the material is located on real estate owned by the defendant and the defendant will not allow the plaintiff to take possession of the materials.
CNB Bank & Trust is suing Gwillim Trucking, Inc., TKNG Transportation, Inc., and Michael (Mickey) Gwillim for $197,857.13, plus interest, attorney fees, and court costs, that the plaintiff claims is owned on two allegedly defaulted promissory notes executed August 6, 2012, and November 21, 2012.

Michael Mitchusson, 25, Girard, is charged with retail theft in connection with a March 25 incident in Girard which he allegedly stole beer valued at less than $500 from Freedom Oil in Girard.
Tyler Kluthe, 28, Mt. Olive, is charged with possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine in connection with a March 25 incident in Gillespie.
Vernon Haustein, 30, Staunton, is charged with violation of an order of protection in connection with a March 31 incident in Staunton after he allegedly went within 500 feet of a residence in the 500 block of East 7th Street in Staunton knowing a person having an protection order against him was at the dwelling.
Travis McCoy, Staunton, is charged with intent of committing theft in connection with a March 30 incident in Staunton during which he entered a building in the 20000 block of Staunton Road with the intent to commit a theft.
Alexandria Costello, 21, Palmyra, is charged with unlawful distribution of a look-alike substance in connection with a July 12, 2017, incident in Macoupin County.
Tammara Conlee, 57, Gillespie is charged with possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine in connection with a April 3 incident in Gillespie.
Jack Crissey Sr., 61, Virden, is charged with violation of an order of protection in connection with a March 31 incident in Virden which he allegedly went within 500 feet of a protected location in the 120 block of East Stoddard Avenue, Virden. Crissey has previously been convicted of a violation of an order of protection in both January and March of 2018.
Joseph Richvalsky, 44, St. Peters, MO, is charged with possession of stolen property in connection with an April 2 incident in Gillespie when it was discovered he was in possession of a Honda “Black Max” generator having a value over $500 but not exceeding $10,000.
Steven Griffin, Springfield, a registered sex offender, is charged with failure to disclose of an Internet communication identity in connection with a February 20 incident where he failed to inform the Carlinville Police Department of a Facebook account.
Daniel Friesland, Staunton, is charged with failure to register as a sex offender after staying more than three aggregate days in a calendar year at a residence located at 100 School Street, Wilsonville.
Dryce Cunningham, Carlinville, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol plus driving with a revoked license in connection with a April 7 incident in Macoupin County on Litchfield Road near Cottonwood Road. The charge was elevated to a felony due to two prior convictions of driving under the influence of alcohol.
MISDEMEANORS
Alma Nerone, 48, Springfield, is charged with two counts of deceptive practice for allegedly writing a check for $83.54 to Joseph F. Boente & Sons in Carlinville on January 25 and for writing a check for $132.97 to Carl’s IGA on January 26 while knowing the checks would not be honored by the bank.
Curt Deming, 48, Carlinville, is charged with deceptive practice for allegedly writing a check for $228.98 to Carl’s IGA on August 23, 2017, while knowing the check would not be honored by the bank.
Brittany Peterson, 29, Chatham, is charged with two counts of deceptive practice for allegedly writing two checks to Joseph F. Boente & Sons on January 19, 2016, for $20 and January 31, 2016, for $25 while knowing the checks would not be honored by the bank.
Tracy Mitchusson, 45, Virden, is charged with nine counts of deceptive practice for allegedly writing nine checks between January 13 and January 19, 2018, to Joseph F. Boente & Sons for a sum of $303.35 while knowing the checks would not be honored by the bank.
Debra Schlechte, 41, Carlinville, is charged with five counts of deceptive practice for allegedly writing five checks between January 21 and February 8, 2018, to Joseph F. Boente & Sons for a sum of $136.93 while knowing the checks would not be honored by the bank.
Brett Clardy Jr., 18, Brighton, is charged with obstructing a peace officer in connection with a April 2 incident in Gillespie after he allegedly kicked a peace officer in the leg knowing the peace officer to be engaged in their official duties.
Susan Haag, 56, Staunton, is charged possession of firearm ammunition a time when she did not possession a valid firearm owner identification card in connection with an April 3 incident in Staunton.
Amber Buchanan, 24, Fidelity, Illinois, is charged with domestic battery in connection with an April 3 incident in Carlinville after allegedly causing bodily harm to an ex-boyfriend by striking him with a stick.
TRAFFIC
Brett Clardy Jr., 18, Brighton, is charged with driving under the influence after admitting to using multiple “hits of LSD and weed” in connection with a April 2 incident on Macoupin Street in Gillespie around 1:34 a.m.
Mariya Jones, 22, Godfrey, is charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol plus improper lane usage in connection with a March 31 incident at 2:11 a.m. on Route 159 near Bunker Hill a quarter-mile north of Route 138.
Corbin Phelps, 18, Bethalto, is charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol plus improper lane usage in connection with an April 1 incident around 1:45 a.m. on North Main and Virginia Streets in Brighton.
Christopher Wells, 40, Collinsville, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured vehicle, and illegal transportation of alcohol in connection with an April 4 incident around 9:17 p.m. on Dorchester Road in rural Gillespie.
