Steven R. Pruden II, Staunton, has filed a forcible entry and detainer complaint against James Bebout and Michelle Nasalroad seeking possession of residential premises in the 400 block of East Lafayette Street in Staunton. The suit does not seek monetary damages.
B & C Rentals LLC has filed a forcible entry and detainer complaint against Gary and Rebecca Hansel, Staunton, seeking $2,200 in alleged back rent for August, September, October and November, plus attorney fees, court costs and possession of residential premises located in the 600 block of Macoupin Street in Staunton.
Ruth E. Loveless has filed a forcible entry and detainer complaint against Sara J. Rosenthal, Sawyerville, seeking $1,687.20, plus court costs and possession of residential premises located in the 300 block of Mine Road in Sawyerville.
Oliver Camptin, Edwardsville, is suing Robert Sansan, Gillespie, for $200 plus court costs the plaintiff claims the defendant owes to him.
William Horton, Carlinville, is suing Janice Geninetti, Carlinville, for $2,558.75, plus court costs, for alleged property damage resulting from alleged violations of Illinois drainage laws.
Jordan M. Bartholomew, 18, Roxana, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with a Nov. 15 incident during which he allegedly was in possession of an unspecified quantity of Clonazepam.
Robert D. Sanson, 25, Gillespie, is charged with aggravated battery in connection with a Nov. 13 incident in Gillespie during which he allegedly grabbed another person by the shoulders and head-butted him while in a public place.
Leah J. Kiger, 33, Greenfield, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with a Sept. 7 incident in Brighton during which she allegedly possessed less than 15 grams of a substance containing morphine.
David L. Friesland, 41, Livingston, is charged with aggravated battery, resisting a peace officer and criminal trespass to property in connection with a Nov. 18 incident in Staunton. According to the criminal complaint, Friesland struck a Staunton police officer in the leg with a bicycle; pulled away and ran away from the officer, causing the officer to fall and sustain a broken left foot; and entered a residence in the 300 block of East Mill Street in Staunton without authority and while knowing the resident was at home.
Trista R. Cormier, 42, Nilwood, is charged with threatening a public official for allegedly posting a Facebook message on Oct. 1 saying, “I am now armed and ready to blow your evil HITLER LOVING BROWN SHIRT A**ES AWAY.”
Lance D. Howard, 41, Brighton, is charged with domestic battery in connection with an Oct. 30 incident in Brighton during which he allegedly grabbed a member of his family by the shoulder and pushed him against a wall.
Brendon C. Oneal, 20, Mount Olive, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis in connection with a Sept. 30 incident in Mount Olive during which he allegedly possessed a grinder for preparing cannabis for inhalation and less than 2.5 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
Jonathan M. Robbs, 29, Virden, is charged with obstructing a peace officer in connection with a Nov. 7 incident in Virden during which he allegedly refused to allow a Virden police officer to handcuff him by lying on his hands.
Kevin P. Tooley, 25, Mount Olive, is charged with criminal damage to property in connection with a Nov. 8 incident during which he allegedly caused less than $300 in damage to property belonging to a Mount Olive man in the 100 block of East Fifth North Street in Mount Olive.
Christina M. Isringhausen, 19, Bunker Hill, is charged with criminal damage to property in connection with a Nov. 10 incident during which she allegedly punched and broke a window at the Bunker Hill Fire Department, causing less than $300 in damage.
Daniel A. Butler, 49, Shipman, is charged with domestic battery in connection with a Nov. 15 incident during which he allegedly made physical contact of an insulting or provoking manner with a member of his household by pushing the person.
Latavia P. Hurd, 19, Virden, is charged with domestic battery in connection with a Nov. 17 incident in Virden during which she allegedly kicked her boyfriend in the groin.
Keith W. Slayton, 48, Staunton, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a Nov. 15 incident on Illinois Route 4 at Oxford Road, Staunton.
Tanner M. Thomas, 19, Wood River, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a Nov. 15 incident on Illinois Route 16 at Prairie Street. In addition, Thomas faces a traffic charge for allegedly driving a vehicle with a defective muffler.
