LAWSUITS
Vickie Puckett-Baldwin, Alton, has filed a forcible entry and detainer complaint against Andrew and Carrie Stone Baker, Brighton, seeking $810 in alleged unpaid rent, plus court costs and possession of premises located in the 300 block of Main Street in Brighton.
First National Bank of Omaha is suing Lynn Bruemmer, Wilsonville, for $13,197.42, plus court costs, that the plaintiff claims is owed on a defaulted credit card account.
Alma Cook has filed a forcible entry and detainer complaint against Jessica Richardson, Benld, seeking $1,200 in alleged unpaid rent, plus court costs and possession of residential premises located in the 600 block of North Fourth Street in Benld.
Wilson Grain and Fertilizer, Piasa, is suing Janet Kroeschel, Carlinville, for $13,121.17, plus interest and court costs, that the plaintiff claims is owed for fertilizer, swine supplements, sow cubes and other merchandise sold to Kroeschel on credit.
Heritage Manor-Carlinville is suing Daniel and Myrtle Howard, Brighton, for $36,642, plus attorney fees and court costs, that the plaintiff claims is owed for nursing home care provided to Daniel Howard from Nov. 1, 2015, to Sept. 16, 2016.

Credit Collections Partners, Taylorville, is suing Jeremy Thompson, Columbia, for $387, plus court costs, that the plaintiff claims is owed for allegedly unpaid medical bills.

Midland Funding is suing Casey Hancock, Benld, for $1,421.02, plus court costs, that the plaintiff claims is owed on an allegedly defaulted GE Capital Bank/Walmart credit card account.
Midland Funding is suing Brian Behl, Piasa, for $4,797.52, plus court costs, that the plaintiff claims is owed on an allegedly defaulted Barclays Bank Delaware/Extra Points Program credit card account.
Carlinville Area Hospital is suing Leslie Sue Neighbors, Girard, for $3,194.61, plus court costs, that the plaintiff claims is owed for medical services.
Salander Enterprises, LLC, is suing Dennis W. Frailey, Benld, for $5,938.09, plus court costs, that the plaintiff claims is owed on a $10,548.48 auto loan executed Dec. 4, 2007, to purchase a 2001 Land Rover from Victory Lane Ford in Litchfield.
CHS, Inc., Shipman, is suing Rich Hosto, doing business as Hosto Excavating, Edwardsville, for $4,920.56, plus court costs and interest at a rate of two percent per month.
FELONIES
William C. Thomas, 21, Springfield, is charged with possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine in connection with a March 4 incident in Virden.
Thomas W. Russell, 54, Bunker Hill, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with a March 3 incident in Bunker Hill during which he allegedly possessed an unspecified amount of a substance containing heroin.
Amy S. Odle, 43, Sawyerville, is charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine and obstruction of justice. Odle allegedly was in possession of five to 15 grams of methamphetamine that she intended to deliver. Additionally, she is accused of rubbing the contents of a bag of methamphetamine into the upholstery in the prisoner compartment of a Benld Police Department squad car in an attempt to destroy evidence and avoid prosecution.
Charles E. Eddington, 32, Irving, is charged with delivery of methamphetamine in connection with a March 5 incident in Gillespie during which he allegedly possessed five to 15 grams of methamphetamine.
Breanna L. Livingston, 20, Morrisonville, is charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with a Feb. 5 incident in Carlinville during which she allegedly possessed a quantity of Tramadol.
MISDEMEANORS
William G. Nix, 47, Carlinville, is charged with violating an order of protection in connection with a March 4 incident during which he allegedly entered onto property in the first block of Ross Street in Carlinville in violation of an order of protection issued Dec. 7, 2016.
Kendall L. Reedy, 31, Benld, is charged with domestic battery in connection with a March 6 incident during which he allegedly caused bodily harm to his wife by striking her in the jaw with his fist.
Robert M. Patrick, 48, Staunton, has been convicted on a charge of failing to return to Macoupin County Jail on Feb. 6 following a furlough. Patrick was serving a sentence after having been convicted on a charge of driving on a revoked driver’s license. He was convicted on March 7 on the failure to return from a furlough charge and was sentenced to additional 20 days in jail.
Blayten C. Magana, 23, Carlinville, is charged with theft in connection with a March 3 incident during which he allegedly took a security camera valued at less than $500 from the Cozy Corner Tavern in Carlinville.
Takada M. Harbaugh, 19, Carlinville, is charged with retail theft in connection with a March 3 incident during which she allegedly shoplifted a knife and five butane torches valued at less than $500 from Ace Hardware in Carlinville.
Amy R. Bolletto, 39, Thayer, is charged with retail theft in connection with a March 5 incident during which she allegedly shop-lifted chainsaw blades, a Dremel tool, Dremel bits and a toggle switch with a total value of less than $500 from Walmart in Carlinville.
Jessica A. Landers, 50, Auburn, is charged with criminal trespass to a motor vehicle in connection with a March 4 incident in Virden during which she allegedly remained in a 2009 Ford without authority.
TRAFFIC
Zachary A. Johnston, 35, Gillespie, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a March 5 incident at about 1:29 a.m. on Illinois Route 16 at Calcari Street in Gillespie. Johnston also faces a traffic charge for alleged improper lane usage.
Shaun A. Salazar, 21, Carlinville, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a March 5 incident on Illinois Route 4 at Jacob Lane, Carlinville. He also faces a traffic charge for alleged improper lane usage.
Jeremy D. Warren, 33, Wood River, is charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a March 5 incident at about 2:57 a.m. on Illinois Route 16 at Walker Road. Warren also faces a traffic charge for alleged improper lane usage.
Bobbie Doyle, 36, Carlinville, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a March 4 incident. She also faces traffic charges for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident and alleged improper lane usage.
Cody R. Braman, 24, Staunton, is charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a Feb. 25 incident at about 2 a.m. on South Hackman at West Sixth Street in Staunton. He also faces a traffic charge for alleged improper lane usage.
