Heritage Health rated Best Nursing Homes
Heritage Health was included in US News & World Report Rankings for Best Nursing Homes in Illinois
Gillespie, IL – Heritage Health: Therapy & Senior Care achieved notable recognition in the annual publication of the U.S. News & World Report Best Rankings for Nursing Homes in Illinois.
The rankings are built on data from a consumer website run by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This organization sets and enforces standards for all nursing homes enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid.
Data on which these rankings are based come from regular health inspections, nurse staffing levels, and providing a high level of quality care.
Heritage Health on Staunton Road in Gillespie received five stars, the highest possible ranking, in two of the four categories: Overall Rating and Health Inspections. In addition, the home received four stars in the Quality Measures category.
