Residents file in to SS Simon & Jude in Gillespie during Ash Wednesday.
Michael Bussmann takes it to the basket during the boys last game of the season. The boys fell to Southwestern 52-47 in Regionals.
Heritage Health was included in US News & World Report Rankings for Best Nursing Homes in Illinois.
Students play tug-of-war in the front of Gillespie High School during FFA Week. Tug-of-war was just one activity that was played throughout the week.
Will Tackaberry spoke to the Area Rotary this week about the Honor Flights. He stated that each flight cost over $75,000.
The lot behind Ageless Fitness got a fence this past week. The lot is going to be leased out and partially used as an impound lot.
The Benld Fire Department hosted its annual trivia night where 19 tables were sold.
