SUNDAY, APRIL 8, 2012
Teressa I. Steadman, 60, Gillespie was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper parking on a roadway. She posted bond and was released.
Officers were called to the 600 block of W. Charles for a domestic. When they arrived the male had left the scene. The initial call came in as a domestic in progress with a male on top of a vehicle while the female and child were leaving the residence in a vehicle. The female did not want to press charges at this time.

Veronica G. Wilder, 49, Gillespie was cited for driving while license suspended.
TUESDAY, APRIL 10, 2012
Jason A. Strahan, 34, Gillespie was cited for failure to transfer registration from State of Florida to State of Illinois.
Kourtney K. (Claro) Kissell, 20, Plainview was arrested on a Macoupin County warrant for failure to appear on a forgery charge. She was, also arrested for no drivers license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 11, 2012
Adam G. Reingold, 30, Edwardsville was cited for speeding 55 MPH in a 30 MPH zone and having no insurance.
Officer handled an animal complaint in the 300 block of S. Macoupin where a male had left his dog tied to a post on a parking lot with food and water while he went to eat in a restaurant. The person reporting this, thought the dog was abandoned. When the owner was located, he removed the dog from the parking lot.
Officer was called to the 200 block of W. Walnut for smoke smoldering after dark. The owner was warned and put out the fire.
THURSDAY, APRIL 12, 2012
Joshua R. Bishop, 20, Carlinville was arrested for driving while license suspended. He posted bond and was released.
Officer took a report from a female who had lent her laptop to her ex-boyfriend, who would not return it. The officer called the male and he brought the laptop to the police department, where the female picked it up.
Officer took a report from a mother and her daughter age 17, who had another female age 21 threatening her. The 21 year old female was contacted and advised that charges could be filed against her. She advised that she was tired of the 17 year old constantly picking on another 15 year old female. She stated she understood and would have no further contact with the 17 year old female.
FRIDAY, APRIL 13, 2012
Officer was called to the 500 block of W. Gillespie to take a report from a female that reported a domestic that happened in the 200 block of E. Spruce. The male at that address was contacted and he advised that he never touched the female. The female was contacted again and advised to come to the police department if she wanted to press charges.
Officers were called to the 200 block of E. Spruce for a domestic in progress. When the officers arrived the male advised that the female attacked him and cut his arm with a kitchen knife. Kimberly V. Richey, 26, Gillespie was arrested for aggravated battery, domestic battery and resisting and obstructing a peace officer. She was transported to Macoupin County jail.

Justin M. Bertoldi, 31, Gillespie was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, no insurance and improper lane usage.
Molly J. Brown, 30, Staunton was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger.
Keith J. Diesselhorst, 39, Alhambra was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger.
Brett William Mallard, 41, Alhambra was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger.
Kenneth R. Diesselhorst, 42, Alhambra was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger.
